What cause vaginal discharge could be many things including lichen sclerosis, or a virus that also causes the plantar wart. Leukorrhea is a liquid with abnormal color or amount that comes out from the vagina and leads to reddening, itching, or burning in the genital area. Some women complain of dryness, which is related to atrophic vaginitis and is commonly seen in older women.
