Warts On Face

Warts on face usually cause no pain, but growths on the vulvar area can cause abnormal vaginal discharge and discomfort. Regression of these lesions may occur, which usually is heralded by inflammation. They may appear in a linear distribution as a result of scratching or trauma (Koebner phenomenon). They may occur anywhere; however, the facial area, hands, and shins are the most common areas for such problems. Vulvar, Vaginal Discharge

They range in size from 1-5 mm and more, and numbers range from a few to hundreds of lesions that may become grouped or confluent. This disorder is characterized as plane or slightly elevated, fleshy papules that may be smooth, hard, or slightly hyperkeratotic. The other name is verruca plana. Warts on face usually cause no pain, but growths on the vulvar area can cause abnormal vaginal discharge and discomfort.
