Almost all warts contagious are difficult to remove; cone biopsy is sometimes used for genital wart, but flat warts are often left to heal by their own. Types 6,11,16,18, 31, and 35 are associated with the development of malignancies, which are most commonly seen in patients with genital disorders. The primary clinical manifestation of the disease include common, genital, flat, deep palmoplantar disorders (myrmecia), focal epithelial hyperplasia, and plantar cysts. Almost all warts contagious are difficult to remove; cone biopsy is sometimes used for genital wart, but flat warts are often left to heal by their own.

Necessary procedures are: paring and biopsy. The diagnosis is made on the basis of clinical findings. Certain types tend to occur at particular anatomic sites. More than 150 types of HPV have been identified. HPV is a double-stranded, circular DNA virus enclosed in an icosahedral capsid and comprising 72 capsomers. Almost all warts contagious are difficult to remove; cone biopsy is sometimes used for genital wart, but flat warts are often left to heal by their own.
