Warts Causes

The majority of warts causes no problems; but genital verruca and urethritis can lead to serious complications, if no treated. There is no ideal treatment for this disorder. The diagnosis is made primarily on the basis of clinical findings. The primary clinical manifestation of the disease include common type, genital type, flat, deep palmoplantar type (myrmecia), focal epithelial hyperplasia, and plantar cysts. Certain types tend to occur at particular anatomic sites. More than 150 types of this infection have been identified. This disorder is caused by Human papillomavirus, which is a double-stranded, circular, supercoiled DNA virus enclosed in an icosahedral capsid and comprising 72 capsomers. The majority of warts causes no problems; but genital verruca and urethritis can lead to serious complications, if no treated.
