Wart Picture

Even without a wart picture it is easy to distinguish between genital wart or condyloma and flat or plantar wart. Caused by the human papilloma virus, it is infectious, and autoinoculable. Condyloma acuminatum usually occurrs on the mucous membrane or skin of the external genitals or in the perianal region; although the lesions are usually few in number, they may aggregate to form large cauliflower-like masses. Even without a wart picture it is easy to distinguish between genital wart or condyloma and flat or plantar wart.

Genital Wart, Condyloma

It may be also any nonviral poliferation resembling this lesions. Lobulated epidermal lesions with a horny surface or flat fleshy growths caused by a human papillomavirus are transmitted by contact or autoinoculation, and usually occur on the dorsa of the fingers and hands. Even without a wart picture it is easy to distinguish between genital wart or condyloma and flat or plantar wart.
