Pap Virus

A pap virus test is aimed at determining the disorders on the cervix, but cryotherapy, leep procedure and other methods of treatment are prescribed after colposcopy and thorough examination. It is possible for cytological examinations not to detect its presence during routine exams. HPV can exist without signs; one can be a carrier without knowing it. Genetics (having a specific protein), weakened immunity, prolonged HPV exposure and unmanaged HPV infections figure in progression to cancer or emergence of symptoms.
