Pap Smear Technique

A pap smear technique is rather simple, but useful for detecting genital wart and other problems for removing them with a cryosurgery. Before the test, restrain from sex, douching, and vaginal medicines for 24 hours. Either negative or positive test results are handed to the patient. A glass slide as well as a bottle is used to store the cells as they are being transported to a lab for a microscopic examination.
