A pap smear interpretation doesn't take much time; disorders can be treated with cryotherapy, LEEP procedure and other methods; vaginitis, dysplasia and other problems are easier to cure on the earliest stages. The CIN (cervical intraepithelial neoplasia) grading system is more detailed with a few grades being equivalent to one in the Bethesda system. The Bethesda system employs 5 grades with the first grade describing no changes in size and shape of the cells. A pap smear interpretation doesn't take much time; disorders can be treated with cryotherapy, LEEP procedure and other methods; vaginitis, dysplasia and other problems are easier to cure on the earliest stages.
