Infertility Treatment

Infertility treatment may include a cone biopsy with a colposcopy to help rule out viruses. Age has a number of effects on the success of the occurrence of pregnancy. In older women, the number of eggs collected is lower and the quality of embryos is decreased. Regular menstrual cycles or having children previously doesn’t necessarily indicate that pregnancy is possible in the late 30's and 40's. Infertility treatment may include a cone biopsy with a colposcopy to help rule out viruses.

Cone Biopsy, Colposcopy

The eggs ability to be fertilized and divide properly, leading to chromosomal abnormalities and higher risk of miscarriage, is in direct relation to age. Women have a much higher chance of conceiving who have received eggs from a younger donor confirming that age of the egg is important. Infertility treatment may include a cone biopsy with a colposcopy to help rule out viruses.
