Infertility Clomid

A treatment that addresses ovulation conscerning infertility, clomid is one of the choices, when cervical problems and infections such as vaginosis have been ruled out. Clomiphene citrate is used to improve ovulation in women who suffer from hypothalamus or pituitary problems. The drug suppresses the amount of estrogen and makes the organism produce more follicular stimulating hormone (FSH) and luteinizing hormone (LH). FSH and LH help the ovaries to release an egg. About 70% of women taking this drug achieve normal ovulation and about 40% of them get pregnant.
