Human Papillomavirus HPV

Human papillomavirus (hpv) doesn’t always exhibit itself as a penile wart in men; the human papilloma virus can lay dormant. An immune system, if healthy, can keep the viruses from spreading and growing, but when weakened, it will allow the virus grow unchecked. If the low risk strain of the virus is detected without symptoms, only “watchful waiting” is a treatment.
