Herpes Treatment

There are not many ways of herpes treatment; LEEP and cone biopsy, which are effective for venereal wart are not the option. However, if the infection repeats too often or does not disappear for a long time, medication is prescribed. The symptoms may disappear without any medication. In some cases, however, tests are recommended. Usually, the disease can be diagnosed on the basis of visible signs as lesions in the oral and genital areas. The virus will lead to occasional fits of the infection lasting for a week or so throughout the life of the infected. Once the virus gets into an organism, it will spread to nerve cells and remain dormant for the most time. This condition is caused by two strains of the virus - HSV-1 and HSV-2.
