The condition occurs more frequently in people with a poor immune system and those who change sexual partners often. Patients also suffer from fever and weakness. It results from HSV-1 and HSV-2 strains and leads to appearance of blisters and lesions. This infection is present in about 90% of people in patent or latent form.
