Herpes Diet

During outbreaks patients should follow a certain herpes diet, especially if they have the oral herpes, as blisters caused by herpes are rather painful. In fact, the ratio should contain much foods rich in vitamins as it improves the overall state. Take vitamin C rich foods, yet avoid citruses during the episode. Foods rich in lysine (beef, cheese, eggs, potatoes, soybeans, etc.) can reduce the time of the outbreak. During outbreaks patients should follow a certain herpes diet, especially if they have the oral herpes, as blisters caused by herpes are rather painful.
