Disease Genital Herpes Sexually Transmitted

The disease genital herpes, sexually transmitted a virus much like HPV, but is is not test with a pap smear. A condition commonly acquired through direct contact during intimacy with an HSV-1 or HSV-2 infected person. It afflicts the vagina, penis, buttocks, rectal orifice, and thighs and sometimes the mouth with lesions and other symptoms. The virus can be within the host nerve cells dormant and inactive. HSV can be transmitted even when there are no visible symptoms or lesions. The disease genital herpes, sexually transmitted a virus much like HPV, but is is not test with a pap smear.

After direct exposure with an actively infected person (with or without visible symptoms), the virus enters the body, invades a host cell, and robs genetic code to replicate. Impaired immune system--immune suppressors, illness, and other stresses—allows wild viral replication educing pain, itching, burning, lesions, dyuria and other discomforts.
