Wart treatment depends on a Pap smear test to determine the severity of HPV. Over the counter medicines exist to freeze or dissolve condylomata acuminata externally. But for venereal ailments this is not recommended. Generally a physician uses Podophyllin or trichloroacetic acid are used.
