Wart Foot

A plantar wart, foot, is caused by the same HPV viral strain that causes cervical cancer or genital condyloma. The other name for palmoplantar disorder or myrmecia. This type of the disease causes pain, because it grows deep into the plantar surface of the sole. Extensive involvement on the sole of the foot may impair ambulation. Malignant changes have been reported and are termed verrucous carcinoma. A plantar wart, foot, is caused by the same HPV viral strain that causes cervical cancer or genital condyloma.
