Treatment For Genital Wart

There is no absolutely effective treatment for genital wart, vaginitis, and other disorders related to HPV. Vaginal or cervical cells obtained by Pap smear or biopsies that have the "characteristic appearance of HPV-infected cells” under the microscope is usually how HPV is diagnosed. Specific blood tests may show that there has been HPV infection in the past, but they cannot determine if HPV is currently present. There is no absolutely effective treatment for genital wart, vaginitis, and other disorders related to HPV.
