Oral Wart

An oral wart can occur as a resilt of a penile wart or vaginal wart of a sexual partner. Even with medical treatment usually involving one of the following: surgical excision, cryotherapy (freezing with liquid nitrogen) or laser vaporization, treatment may take several visits and reoccurrence is still possible. In some cases, they may disappear. Diagnosis of this condition can be confirmed by biopsy and microscopic examination. An oral wart can occur as a resilt of a penile wart or vaginal wart of a sexual partner.

Populations with HPV rectal lesions and density of viral particles in the blood (viral load) have greater chances of visual manifestations. Prevalence has increased since highly active antiretroviral therapy (HAART) emerged, especially for women using HAART, even though abnormal cervical lesions diminished. Risks of HPV are not clear. An oral wart can occur as a resilt of a penile wart or vaginal wart of a sexual partner.
