Human Warts

Human warts, genital wart, cervical dysplasia and some other genital disorders are the result of inoculation with HPV. Caused by HPV, it is infectious, and often asymptomatic. Condyloma acuminatum usually occurrs on the mucous membrane or skin of the external genitals or in the perianal region; although the lesions are usually few in number, they may aggregate to form large cauliflower-like masses. Human warts, genital wart, cervical dysplasia and some other genital disorders are the result of inoculation with HPV.

It may be also any nonviral poliferation resembling this lesion. A lobulated hyperplastic epidermal lesion with a horny surface caused by HPV, transmitted by skin-to-skin contact or autoinoculation, and usually occurring on the dorsa of the fingers and hands, on the face, or on the soles.
