Getting rid of warts is possibel with cryotherapy, LEEP, etc; proper treatment helps to avoid miscarriage and other complications. Treatment measures are: benign neglect (not recommended for extensive and spreading disease), topical agents (salicylic acid, cantharidin, podophyllin, imiquimod, cidofovir, podophyllotoxin, and tretinoin), intralesional injections (bleomycin, interferon alpha), systemic agents (cimetidine and retinoids), and alternative treatments.
