Foot Warts

Foot warts, penile wart and ASCUS are not serious conditions and can be treated in most cases. They begin as small shiny papules and progress to deep round lesions, surrounded by a smooth collar of thickened horn. When it occurs on the hand, it tends to be subungual or periungual. This problem is found on weight-bearing areas, such as the metatarsal head and heel. Foot warts, penile wart and ASCUS are not serious conditions and can be treated in most cases.

Penile Wart, ASCUS

Malignant changes are rare but have been reported and are termed verrucous carcinoma. Extensive involvement on the soles of the feet impairing ambulation. This type of the growths causes pain, because it is formed deep into the plantar surface. The other name is palmoplantar disorder or myrmecia.
