A genital penis wart is a first clear HPV sign in men, but human papilloma virus results in trouble swallowing, difficult urinating, or bleeding. Visible signs of Human Papilloma virus is less common in men, however, symptoms can occur on the scrotum (the sac that holds the testicles) or on the shaft or tip of the penis. Symptoms include difficulty in swallowing (mouth or throat), difficulty in urination (urethra, or penis), or bleeding.
