Genitle warts, venereal wart, verruca and other disorders are the result of inoculation with HPV. Mass size varies from small to large growing into the vagina, urethra, cervix, perrirectal epithelium, anus, and rectum. Pink-to brown papillomatous papules or nodules appear on the genitalia, perineum, crural folds, and anus. Condiloma acuminatum doesn’t become clinically visible until several months after inoculation with HPV. The highest incidence of GW is found in young adults 15-25 years. The female-to male ratio has been reported to be 1.4:1. Condyloma acuminatum affects females more frequently than males.
