Condyloma Lata

Condyloma lata (syphilis caused) and condyloma acuminata (HPV caused) can result in vaginitis or vaginosis which require clinical treatment. These skin lesions are smooth and flat, and resemble genital warts because they are also raised, painless and appear mostly in the genital and anal areas. They are a symptom during the second stage of syphilis, which is a STD caused by Treponema pallidum.
