After Biopsy Cone Pregnancy

In some cases, after biopsy cone pregnancy is very complicated and miscarriages can occur; if the woman has abnormal vaginal discharge after the procedure, additional pap smear test is required. In about 10% of cervical conization, women will develop stenosis, narrowing or closing of the cervical canal which can cause infertility, or an incompetent cervix, which is a weak cervix that may not be able to carry a baby to full term without being stitched shut until delivery begins. In some cases, after biopsy cone pregnancy is very complicated and miscarriages can occur; if the woman has abnormal vaginal discharge after the procedure, additional pap smear test is required.
