Dysplasia treatment (vulvar, vaginal & cervical) include freezing, laser, or ablation, LEEP, or cone biopsy and they also destroy a genital wart. The most commonly used metods are: cryotherapy, cryosurgery, laser vaporization or ablation, LEEP procedure, or cone biopsy. These are also the traditional approaches to treating the abnormal cells on the cervix. Cryotherapy is used mostly in mild cases and laser surgery used in mild or moderate cases.
