Pregnancy Colposcopy

With the condition of pregnancy, colposcopy procdures are safe to detect the presence of abnormalities such as HPV or human papillomavirus, treatment is usually conservative. This examination is performed to determine the cause of the abnormalities found on the surface of the cervix by a Pap smear test. It is simple and painless, it takes about 15-20 minutes and is usually performed in a physician’s office.
