Vulvar Displasia

Vulvar displasia is commonly linked to the HPV wart virus and can also cause dysplasia of the cervix. This term means disordered growth of the cells that form the lining of the cervix. Normal cells are flat and organized; lack of this organized growth is called cervical intraepithelial neoplasia (CIN.) It passes through three stages and leads to cervical cancer.
