The condition hgsil is a term that refers to abnormal or dysplastic cells on the cervix, usually caused by the wart virus HPV, and will sometimes have symptoms such as vaginal discharge. High-grade squamous intraepithelial lesions refers to abnormal changes in the cervix, such as moderate to severe dysplasia, precancerous lesions and carcinoma in situ. Without proper treatment these dangerous conditions may turn into invasive cervical cancer, which spreads to other organs and is rather difficult to cure.
