Length Of Cervix

Length of cervix may change as a result of a LEEP procedure as well as recurrent vaginal dysplasia. The cone shaped uterus that protrudes into the vagina is prone to various diseases: cancer, polyps, inflammation, erosion, intraepithelial neoplasia, and others. It can be changed by hormones. This organ secretes mucus to keep sperm out of the uterus, or to store them for later use. It will develop a barrier to hold the baby in when the woman is pregnant. It can dilate and contract in labor. Length of cervix may change as a result of a LEEP procedure as well as recurrent vaginal dysplasia.
