Erosion Cervix

Erosion cervix tissue is not always caused by human papilloma virus resulting in an ASCUS cytology. The condition of a partial or complete absence of the squamous cells is very dangerous and can lead to development of cancer. The normal tissue is replaced by inflamed tissue, which is red and granular. This disorder is usually caused by trauma, infection, or chemicals. Erosion cervix tissue is not always caused by human papilloma virus resulting in an ASCUS cytology.

The usual symptoms are: abnormal vagina bleeding, not associated with a menstrual period. But typically there are no symptoms and woman may not even know about this disorder. This condition usually treats on its own; the treatment is usually successful, but may take much time.
