Atypical reading can be a result of a cyst, cervix inflammation, genital wart, or dysplasia caused by HPV. This disorder is commonly noted on the cervical or uterine surface and appears as a small, white, pimple-like elevations, single or in groups. The disorder is often asymptomatic and can be detected by pelvic and colposcopic examination. The special treatment is unnecessary; electrocautery and cryotherapy are effective enough in curing this condition. Complications are possible only when the elevations become numerous.
