Cervix Position Pregnancy

Cervix position, pregnancy abnormalities, inflammation, polyps, and other disorders may be examined more closely using colposcopy and treated with cryosurgery. The cone shaped uterus that protrudes into the vagina is about one inch long, and is penetrated by the canal, which permits the menstrual period to pass from the uterus into the vagina, and sperm to pass into the uterus. Besides, it secretes mucus to lubricate the whole vagina. It holds the baby in when the woman is pregnant and it can dilate and contract in labor. Cervix position, pregnancy abnormalities, inflammation, polyps, and other disorders may be examined more closely using colposcopy and treated with cryosurgery.
