Cervix Exam

A cervix exam will include a check for venereal wart or genital wart. Regular screening becomes important to establish normalcy or determining characteristic changes such as infections or disease progression. During an inspection, observation of color such as normal smooth pink epithelium, uterine position, and nature of any discharge are noted. A cytology sample is generally considered routine during these inspections. A cervix exam will include a check for venereal wart or genital wart.
