Cervical Discharge

Cervical discharge may be a sign that an examination for cervical cancer or a genital wart may be necessary. This is normal and means the readiness for conceiving. There are times throughout the menstrual cycle that the glands of the cervix produce more mucus. These substancies may turn the mucus a whitish color (leucorrhea) and it turns yellowish when exposed to air.
