A cervix cryotherapy if not treated in a good time can lead to lichen sclerosis, cervical cancer and other dangerous conditions; abnormal vaginal discharge is one of the symptoms of a disorder. This treatment is most commonly used for mild cervical dysplasia and has few risks involved. The body will then expel the cells that are killed within 2-3 weeks. The probe will be held there for six minutes total, over two different intervals. Lichen Sclerosis, Vaginal Discharge

The probe becomes extremely cold then from liquid nitrogen, freezing the cells it touches. During the procedure, a metal probe is inserted into the vagina and held against the cervical opening. Also known as cryosurgery, this treatment is used to destroy cervical dysplasia in women.
