Adenocarcinoma Cervix

Adenocarcinoma cervix, cervical dysplasia, genital wart and other disorders are often associated with HPV. Management includes colposcopy, endocervical sampling, endometrial sampling (symptomatic 35+ and over), and possibly diagnostic cone sampling interpreted by a high level cervical cytology pathologist. Pap smear efficiencies are attributed to this phenomenon. A significant rising prevalence of endocervical cancers of this type is exhibited although lower-grade cytology numbers have decreased. Adenocarcinoma cervix, cervical dysplasia, genital wart and other disorders are often associated with HPV.
