Atypical Cell Cervical

With test results of atypical cell, cervical dysplasia is the results, often caused by the genital wart viruses; a cone biopsy is a further diagnosis method. Abnormal results of a Pap smear test donít mean that the patient has cancer. Often the results may be unsatisfactory and a repeated test will be needed. After several abnormal Pap smears a colposcopy and biopsy are performed to take a sample of the abnormal tissue. Mild stages can cure by their own, if the immune system is strong enough to fight off the Human papillomavirus, the major cause of the condition.
