Urethritis or urinary infection are common to signs and symptoms of cervical cancer in women and a penile wart or genital verruca in men. In the earliest and most treatable stages there are usually no evidence of a disorder. A woman may not even know about atypical cells developing in the cervix. When a patient has persistent vaginal discharge (pale, pink, brown, blood streaked, and foul-smelling) and abnormal vaginal bleeding it means that the disorder became severe and rather difficult to treat. When the disease is advanced and the tumor has spread to other organs, the patient may suffer of loss of appetite, weight loss, fatigue, pelvic, back, or leg pain; sometimes bone fracture can occur. To avoid serious conditions, itís recommended for every woman no matter if she is sexually active to pass through PAP smear annually.
