The most common troubles of the advanced stage are: persistent vaginal discharge (pale, pink, brown, blood streaked, and foul-smelling) and abnormal vaginal bleeding. When the disease is severe and malignant tissues have spred into other organs the patient may suffer of loss of appetite, weight loss, fatigue, pelvic, back, or leg pain, leaking of urine or feces from the vagina; sometimes bone fracture can occur.
