Cancer cervical surgery may involve a cone biopsy of your venereal wart. Another surgical procedure used in removal is called an ECC (endocervical curettage). This is when a colposcopy is used to see the affected area and then a biopsy of the area is taken and tested for its cause or origin. 80% of tests come back positive for HPV.
