Cancer Cervical Colposcopy

A cancer cervical colposcopy allows doctors to view and treat tissue with cervical dysplasia; it is unlikely that he can eliminate HPV entirely. Physicians use a special instrument to show a magnified view of the cervix. It provides a view of abnormal cell activity, which is otherwise not visible to the naked eye and aids instrumentally in detecting abnormal cell growth. A cancer cervical colposcopy allows doctors to view and treat tissue with cervical dysplasia; it is unlikely that he can eliminate HPV entirely.

Cervical Dysplasia, HPV

The use of this magnification instrument is the second phase of abnormal cell detection following a pap smear exam which is the first phase of testing. A pap culture is tested for abnormal cell activity in the cervix. If abnormal cells are present, then a follow up exam using this instrument is performed. A cancer cervical colposcopy allows doctors to view and treat tissue with cervical dysplasia; it is unlikely that he can eliminate HPV entirely.
